Dr. Quynh Tran is Chief Representative of Viet Nam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade in Canada and Head of the Vietnam Trade Office in Ottawa. She holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of Geneva and a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Namur, Belgium. Previously Counsellor at the Embassy of Viet Nam in Singapore, she works to advance economic relations between Viet Nam and Canada.
